A) Sporty
B) Reliable
C) Good gas mileage
D) Under $5K
E) All of the above

90K on a used car is a bit much, IMO, unless you know it's service history. (see my post above)

If you wanted to spend a little more, you could probably find a lower mileage Celica which would suit the need. Or an S13, since you rarely see snow.
